My 20 yr old son passed away Oct 30th & I couldn't have asked for a better service both professionally and personally. I ordered a pendant & they made sure that it was placed in my hand! Plus gave me bk what couldn't be used in the pendant. I know that might sound weird, but my son wasn't discarded. The pendant is the one that they ordered for me and placed in my hand personally...THANK YOU!!!

I am giving them a rating of good simply because they did do the job asked. However, when I needed the death certificate they were very slow in getting the information to the proper authorities. Also when I asked three times for a duplicate copy of my receipt to complete some paperwork for the Veterans Administration, they "said" each time that they sent it and I never received anything. My feeling is once they get THEIR money, they are no longer concerned about you as a customer or as a person.

I couldn't be more pleased with the way they handled my father's cremation. Everything was beautifully done and they really put our restless minds at ease. They made what could've been a stressful experience so easy and handled my father with such care and respect. They professionally handled all the details and really helped give us the closure we need.
