If I could give zero stars I would. We did not use Mr. carters funeral home services because of the exorbitant pricing. He is however the coroner, and I’m currently waiting in his lobby for paperwork he could have and should have given me days ago. Current wait so far has been 30 minutes in his lobby. I will update my review with how long I sat here waiting for paperwork needed to get my family back home to Colorado. Edit update: as soon as I submitted my review, he came out with the paperwork. Total wait time 40 minutes. He also shared with my estranged aunt what funeral home we DID use, and she attempted to take my father’s ashes. His reasoning was “well when she ordered the death certificate, which any family can do, it’s listed there. It’s not a secret.” It may not be a secret, but that was a very disrespectful thing to do. Thankfully Premier Crematory did NOT give away my father’s ashes. (1000000% recommend them). The death of my father has been hard enough without the Coroner being in cahoots with estranged family members and treating me poorly after our first meeting. I believe every family deserves respect and unfortunately, after our first meeting I have only been disrespected by Mr. Carter.

The service for our Son in Law Chris Eddy was huge. With 169 emergency vehicles and over 2000 at the service. Adam and his staff went above and beyond for us. No other funeral home anywhere around could have handled a funeral at that magnitude. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Mr. Adam has been very kind to my family during the death of my father. He explained the process, wasn't pushy, and was very kind during everything. While I hope to not have to work with him again for a long time, I plan to use this funeral home the next time we would need those types of services. Thank you again, Mr. Adam.
