M son recently passed unexpectedly on a trip to visit his sister in Florida. He was just inside of the Florida state line. Police had taken him to the hospital where he was DOA. Schnauss took care of things from that point on. What an amazing, caring group of people. As different things have arisen since, they have been right there with compassion to solve every problem. I cannot recommend them too highly. They deserve 7 stars out of 5. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, and I appreciate their help in an extremely trying and frustrating situation. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Naugle & Schnauss. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Roger was super compassionate and preformed our service and eulogy beautifully. He is truly one of a kind. And not to mention his little dog Marley, it was so comforting to have him in my lap as we planned my dads memorial, he just made me feel a sense of peace and calm. Alaina went above and beyond to help us and was always there for myself and family with any questions and even helped to set the chapel up and offered great ideas. With out question, we know they really cared about us. These folks are the kind of people the world needs more of. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making my Daddy's memorial so very special. During the most difficult time of our family’s life they were so friendly, compassionate and helpful. Florida had an issue with vital statistics, and they did everything they could, kept me up to date, and answered any questions I had.
