The whole process of caring for my mother after her death was done with extreme tenderness, compassion, and professionalism. Tanner was there with help and advice and an answer to every question. There was Absolutely, no pressure from him or anyone. He listened to my thoughts, memories and stories as the process progressed. Harper-Morris was a valuable participant at every level. I cannot imagine that any other funeral home could do a better job than what hi, entire family received their. Five stars is not enough and if I could, I would give them 10 stars! "Wonderful, amazingly helpful" are just a few of the words I would use to describe Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. I live in Roanoke, Va., and needed to return to my home town to inter the cremains of my brother as well as organize a Celebration of Life Service. That entailed ordering and purchasing an urn vault. Having used Harper-Morris decades before and pleased with their service and compassion, I contacted them. Tanner Morris answered the phone and over the course of planning this event he absolutely bent over backward assisting me in too many ways to mention here. His suggestions offered me the perfect service for my brother and he also kept my financial situation in mind, offering options that were kind to my wallet. Everything about my interaction with this business was perfect!!!
