Bay view Fisher-Pou Chapel did an awesome presentation on my son’s life with the display they created for him, along with the video. They were extremely caring and helpful with helping my wife and I with the loss of our son. Caring, comforting and compassionate in how they treated us in our time of sorrow. Thank you so much from myself and my wife. God Bless
I say to choose this facility because there general to your wants and needs. Very helpful and will be considerate to your wants will offer you whatever u need. I was impressed with the way my love one looked. They were considerate to the way I wanted my love one to look. They were very polite and courteous.
I felt like I was being hugged the whole time. The personel, no strike that, my friends at Bayview were professional, caring and loving! They made a devastating experience, bearable!
This company has a beautiful and scenic location but their customer service and service agents only care about sales and not the families and their loss. It was off putting and made our difficult experience and grief even worse. It is a shame and very wrong to take advantage of people who are at their most vulnerable moments due to the experience of losing a loved one. I hope they read this review and make changes to focus on the purpose of their work. It should be more than just profit, it should also be about assisting people who are bearing the loss of their loved ones and ensuring their needs and wants are heard and met. I highly recommend avoiding the customer service agent, Yami Reina. She was not helpful and made us feel we were cornered to make a deposit for my mother’s plot plus the full payment for my father’s grave. She did not follow through on the request to place a courtesy sign on my father’s grave which is still unmarked to this day (14 days after the burial) making it more difficult for relatives and loved one to locate his grave. Every request was met with a poor excuse or some sort of ridiculous response. When we asked what happened to my father’s two cross flower sprays that went missing from his grave (a week after the burial), her response was there’s a crazy lady who has been reported to steal items from the cemetery. Could you imagine how we felt? She offered zero solutions but made sure to show me tombstones and prices. When I asked for a catalog of the tombstones, she said they did not have any but this was a lie because we were given one for my grandmother’s burial October 2022. I am disturbed and disappointed by the low quality service and unqualified and unprofessional staff at this cemetery. Please learn from our mistake and be able to seek better service from a company and people who truly care. I highly recommend Morris & Harper and Family Funeral & Cremation.
Very considerate and kind. Caleb and Chrissy explained everything and gave us the time to take it all in but take care of her as we needed too
