I’ve worked with all of their locations in Metro Atlanta, and they always have top class service, Facilities, and staff. Rebekah is the person I worked with and she was professional and friendly from start to finish. I appreciate such high quality collaboration especially when people are grieving. Be aware that there is about a $4000 flat "service" fee just to do any business at all with this facility, which really should be added to the advertised costs on their front web page to make things more transparent. This fee doesn't include any of the other costs such as embalming, cremation, dressing, casket rental, body transportation, use of the chapel, viewing, etc. My brother and I were surprised at the total cost because neither one of us recall being made aware of this fee when discussing options over the phone, and with the understanding that it would be around $6000-$7000, we made plans to go here. But when going over the invoice with Paige a few days before the funeral, we discovered the total cost to be almost $10000. Three months earlier, we had a funeral for our sister in Gainesville, GA, for $4000 total for all of the exact same services. Paige gave us around $500 back upon bringing this up. The facility is nice. The services provided were fine. Paige was quick to communicate with.
