All I can say is Top Tier! Rev. Joe C. Wills and his daughter; Val are the best. From beginning to the final rest they are amazing. We left everything in their hands and they always come through! Thank you so much.

I do not live in Alabama, so when my father passed while at a nursing home in Northport, I had to quickly look for a place for cremation. Joe was quick to answer the phone and gave clear pricing, which ended up being much more affordable than other places in the area. They notified me when my father’s body arrived at Wills Funeral Service. Then Val quickly followed up with a phone call and an email with all the relevant forms I needed to fill out. Once that was completed later that week, they overnighted my father’s cremains. Unfortunately, the Post Office lost the package, at no fault of Wills. I was so very grateful for the hard work Joe, Val and everyone at Wills did to constantly contact the USPS and find my father’s cremains and have them safely delivered to me. It was a relief for me to not have to attempt dealing with the Post Office customer service while grieving and stressed. Wills packaging kept everything safe and secure. At all times, everyone at Wills was courteous, polite, and professional. I highly recommend Wills Funeral Services.

My Brother Quintin Benson was laid to rest on 9/28/2019. Wills Funeral Service did an excellent job sending our loved one off. The staff and the director was very kind to our family, understanding and professional. All our requests were met, and exceeded our expectations. I recommend this funeral service to anyone.
