They made the transition so smooth and everything was perfect.. we didn’t have to worry about even the little things because they were always one step ahead and had it covered. They made our beloved mom so beautiful and the flowers they chose were perfect ⭐️ Should someone pass away (hopefully not anytime soon) We will ALWAYS choose these beautiful people to help us.. We lost my mom recently and has no idea how to take care of all our details including burial in another state. Terry Smith and his wonderful staff were nothing short of amazing. They took care of everything. We told them what we wanted and it was done. Everything was smooth and effortless. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. My uncle died and he didnt have insurance so we had to come up with the money out of pocket for his cremation. I have buried several relatives and was never put under the type of pressure this funeral home applied. They told my niece that if she didnt have the money paid in full they would embalm him and add an extra 1300$ to the price tag. I didnt understand this threat. In my opinion that's like me taking my car to the shop and them saying "If you dont hurry up and pay us for doing your breaks we gonna paint it too and charge you for that as well" it took less than 2 weeks for us to come up with that money and that's not abnormal when someone dies and they dont have insurance. I feel like this company totally lacks the empathy needed to deal with ppl who have lost loved ones. We never asked for any deals or anything free. All we needed was a little time and empathy and I dont feel my niece was given that AT ALL. She recieved threats instead
