Do NOT under any circumstances entrust the care of your loved ones to Mr. Vann or his staff during your time of bereavement. He lacks empathy and is very unprofessional. Mr. Vann is rude and nasty and he made the arrangement process unnecessarily difficult. I’ve never been talked to so harshly and even when we called his lack of empathy to his attention he never once apologized or tried to make it right. Trust me when I say, go elsewhere. Your loved ones deserve better!
