Strode helped me out with both of my dog's passings. I cannot say enough good things about the first experience and the 2nd was almost the same until I received the pawprint (additional $15). It is the polar opposite of the first dog's. It is messy, smudged, has a thumb print at the top of it...they look like they came from 2 different businesses. I will say that everything else was lovely and smooth, but VERY disappointed with the clay pawprint. I would 100% trust them with cremation again, but probably wouldn't ask for the pawprint.

I lost my pet 11/16/2023. And it has been a hard road for me. This company has so many ways in helping someone grieve whether it is your pet or family member. Personally, a pet is a family member to me at least. They have services to help you over the phone in the grieving process. Most important to me they gave me back my pet the same day. However, I'm sure this would not be done for everyone. Talk to them first and see what they say. It was important for my dog Camber to be there with me for Thanksgiving. And they made that happen. I was even able to say goodbye to Camber for the last time before she was cremated (small charge, but worth it). Phillip was understanding and helped explain things that I was confused with. Cindy who works in the front desk was so helpful and understanding. Great customer service. Thank you for helping me.

I am so thankful for the kindness and patience this place showed me! They definitely understand the people that don't think an animal Is just an "animal". I couldn't pick my baby up for a couple weeks and they totally waited without being the least bit bothered. I received her in the most BEAUTIFUL box that I will always cherish. They even added a bit of her fur to my package received. So kind and helpful! Thank you all so much!
