Aldo and Karen are a blessing to my family. My father was cremated back in 2004 and this funeral home helped my mom through an unexpected and terrible loss. My stepdad passed away on 5/30/24 suddenly after a battle with cancer and I flew in from across the country to help with arrangements- so I went right to Strano & Feeley. I work at a funeral home and from not just my personal experience, but professional experience, this funeral home is like no other. I went in without an appointment and was welcomed with open arms and felt at home, like I was a part of their family. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for and you do not find that most places. They respected our wishes, there was never any kind of pressure, and Aldo truly took so much time with us to make sure we were okay. When they allowed us for time to spend with my stepdad, it brought us so much peace. He was in a bad place for so long and was always seen in pain, and I know it was a life changing moment for my mom to be able to see her husband looking so peaceful, and almost smiling. I will forever be grateful to Aldo, Karen, and all of the staff here who made this incredibly painful time feel so much easier. It is so important to us to know that dad is with people that we truly trust to care for him through his final disposition. Thank you so much for your kind words, your support, and for not being clinical in the profession.
