You treated our family with such professionalism, respect and empathy and I couldn’t be happier. You went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements and I appreciate it so much, especially since this was a first for me. Sinatra Funeral home took care of my mother 6 years ago & now my husband and they were very respectful & catered to our wishes. Since my original comment in September my father also passed away in December 2020 & Sinatra Funeral Home was there for us once again. They went above & beyond to get everything ready for the services. They handled the obstacles that popped up and treated my family with dignity and respect. I wouldn't have any other funeral home handle my family on their final journey.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My family and I had a very unexpected and unfortunate loss due to Covid 19. We lost my grandmother, a woman who meant the absolute world and beyond to more people than you can imagine. She lived a life worth celebrating, and because we believed she deserved the absolute best, we made Sinatra Memorial our first choice. I called Sinatra Memorial Home on Feb 19 at around 1:30pm to ask about their services. I'm not sure who was answering the phones that day, but it was clear that the man who took my phone call had outside issues that he chose to take out on me. I was received with a negative, annoyed attitude when what I needed the most was kindness and sympathy. When I asked to speak to someone else, he very plainly told me that no one else would take the phone call but him. I never got a name, and for his sake I'm glad I didn't. If what you need during your time of grief is a shoulder to lean on, DO NOT call Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc.

During a time of loss, Sinatra Memorial Home and its Team of Professionals, provided warmth & comfort to our Family. The entire process was seamless and precise, and they paid attention to detail. With what seemed like such a blur of 2 days, Sinatra & Team made sure that all details were covered, and they were so easy to work with. Even items we may have forgotten about or didn't think to ask about, they made sure to cover. Frank Jr., Joe, Solka and Jackie were so kind, that they made our family feel like a part of theirs. We would highly recommend their services & team, to anyone looking to send their loved one "off in style", while not having to worry so much about something of such importance. We cannot thank Frank Jr. and the Team of Sinatra Memorial Home enough. Days after, they were still accommodating to our family, when we visited with them at their offices. They were real people whom showed empathy and compassion, and were easily relatable to us.
