They lessen the sting of an already overwhelming situation. Karen and her husband David are the absolute best! Their staff/team are very professional and treat the family with the utmost care! Zero stars wasn't an option. Unfortunately, we have lost too many loved ones this year. However, our experience with Royal Funeral Home was the worse. After losing a loved one, you almost forget that funeral homes are businesses. Royal's business practice is to not explain what expectations are. They are preying on you not knowing and on your emotional state. There's also no point in reading the agreements because they're incomplete. This place has truly added insult to an already broken heart. Smh Furthermore, Mr. Smith. I'm sure that you can recall that I was in the meeting with you. Your 48hr policy was given after receiving the run around 4.5 days later. Again, see attached "incomplete" agreement for your reference. I wish you would have been as attentive during our meeting and unanswered calls as you are with these reviews. Well wishes and please thank your wife for the beautiful services.
