High accolades to fina!! I am from out of state and a family members of my husband's suddenly passed away, we sent flowers but I was very unhappy with how they arrived from the picture that was sent to me so, I called and fina made sure to video chat me so I could see the flowers and see what changes could be made... They turned out beautiful!! Highly recommend!

The front desk office woman has the worst attitude, is rude, and has zero empathy towards people. She should not be in a work place that requires sympathy and courtesy. Every time my family has had to visit we are greeted with her horrible attitude and unprofessionalism.

It is truly disgusting that your company would take money from a grieving family and then 113 days later you still have not delivered what was paid for and promised in 2 weeks. I have contacted you so many times regarding this purchase without any resolve. Brenda again promised me the item purchases would be shipped out on the 17th of March 2016 and here it is April 6th and still nothing. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company since it appears your company is not willing to honor your end of this transaction.
