My father was cremated there and I had to have the remains shipped to me down in Clearwater FL. I was told that it would cost 95.00 to ship him to me but when I got the package in the mail the stamp said 20.50. it's horrible to take advantage of people. I'm going to report this because I was not told about any other fees. Sad😠
