It's been a few years since my mom passed away. Parker mortuary was kind during that hard time for my family. I'm leaving this review because to this day it haunts me.... every time I drive by all I can think is how when I went to pick up my mother's remains they cared so little that they gave me the wrong person. I had somebody else's loved one and I had to come back the next day and I'm wondering if I even received the right person the second time? Did they just slap my mom's info on a random container? Did she go home with somebody else? If you have any kind of power to do so I recommend using a different business. When i got the wrong persons remains I think her name was Vera Vivian Kuhn or maybe it was Kuhl ... it had just about everything from their name to DOB and even had their SSN I believe. If somebody got my mom they could have faked her identity. They never even apologized..... the woman who helped when I went back the next day just kind of looked at me. So now anybody I come across I tell them about this. I'm still hurt from that.

The staff is absolutely amazing, from Jessica Bryand, who has been a blessing with helping with my father's arrangements, to the wonderful young men who quietly and respectfully took my father from our home on the 19th of August I can't praise any of them enough. They made the passing of my father a much easier process. Thank you

Be aware if you are not paying the bill at Parker you have no rights and cannot even write in the Condolence section. My father passed away on July 25,2023. I asked Pat if I could have some of my father's ashes and I would even pay shipping. Pat never responded to my email or phone call. My stepmother did not want me to be able to write in the Condolence section. Everytime I wrote in it, Parker removed it from being seen. (so freedom of speech is not allowed at Parker) I could say a lot more, but why bother.
