I have not seen anything in the are that even approaches O’Neil and the people who treat you with dignity, caring and respect. I can not say enough about the care and compassion that the O'Neil Funeral Home took in handling my Mothers Funeral. My sisters and I worked with Kelli Mores at O'Neil in Lockport and we could not have been more blessed with such a caring individual. She was patient to answer all our questions and ask us all the right questions to make sure my Mothers wish's were carried out. When my Mother passed away at home and they picked her up to take her, when we walked back into the house in her place was such a very special gift left behind- a beautiful flower and a poem. What a special thoughtful thing to do, we were all so touch of the shear thoughtfulness of this action. The day of the service Kelli was right their along with Mrs. O'Neil overseeing everything and I can not say enough thank you for all you did for us we were very Blessed to have such a wonderful place ad people overseeing this during such a very hard time for our family. A lot of us realize that now all Funeral Homes are the same and they do not take the care like the O'Neil's in Lockport do. So we will be planning ahead for our and with you.
