Had a small miscommunication in the beginning. It is a very stressful time. Once Any contacted me everything went smoothly. Amy regained my confidence, she is detail oriented, empathetic and is there to answer all questions big or small. The memorial was beautiful thanks to Amy.

The entire staff was outstanding. The bulk of our interactions were with Amy Nelson, she was extremely thoughtful and proficient. Everything was handled for us. I didn't feel the need to "take care" of things because everything was done. That made a hard day easier, I really appreciated that. I was here for a friend's father, the staff were very nice and they attend to their craft with care and compassion. They provide some coffee and food for the family, plenty of tissues and hard candy. The facility was very clean and the restrooms well looked after. Losing someone is never easy, but they really do their best to make it easier. Had a chance to talk to a Funeral Director, got some extra info... Their daytime office hours are 8-5 but they can be reached 24/7. It sounds like they're doing 4ish services a day so someone is usually around in the evening as well. Should you need someone at night they do have on-call staff for that. Extremely helpful and accommodating.

Hannah assisted with my great grandmother's funeral recently and she did a fantastic job! The whole service went very smoothly and was done very nicely. I was also amazed how well she drove the hearse for someone being so young. She made sure my grandmother made it to her final resting place safely.
