This facility was most helpful during the recent passing of a family member. They were kind, compassionate, understanding of our unique dynamic, and very helpful with extenuating circumstances. Dillon Wines was our Funeral Director and he could not have been more professional and helpful. The staff for our service included Katie S., Rebekka, and Patty. They were all very compassionate and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about your staff. On a more practical note the pricing was very fair and every option was presented to us responsibly. We have had unfortunate experiences with funeral services in the past and I, personally, will use Morris-Baker again in the future when the needs arise. Amazing group of people. On behalf of my family, we cannot adequately express our gratitude and appreciation to everyone at Morris-Baker for all that was done to help us at one of the most difficult times in our lives. To be completely transparent, when a loved one passes away, some things have to be handled within a matter of very few days following their death. Mentally and emotionally processing the loss can be overwhelming, and the thought of how to handle matters all that can be involved in processing the burial can be even more. When our mother passed, we prayed and felt led to contact Morris-Baker, and I am so thankful we did. Everyone there was so genuinely concerned, extraordinarily kind, and very professional. They gave us such comfort, not only did they help us process our loss but their experience and professionalism was apparent as they handled and led us through every step. I don't say this in light regard, but in sincerity, Morris-Baker will forever be extra special in our hearts. I have appreciated the multiple times over many years that I've interacted with the fine folks at Morris-Baker. When I've visited for the services of several friends, I witnessed both the professionalism and compassionate care they exhibit for grieving families. Even more personally, I lost both parents a few months apart several years ago. I automatically knew who I would call to look after my loved ones. The staff's care was genuine, authentic. I have very high standards, especially for professional organizations. Morris-Baker exceeded those expectations. Besides Preston McKee, himself, the attention and care I received from Kate Adams and Mark Finucane were exemplary. 5 stars – I wish there were a higher score I could give.
