Our family was served by Mr. Junior and the staff at Memorial Funeral Chapel in the last few weeks. They were kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It truly makes a difference when dealing with local folks who are part of the community and genuinely care. The community is blessed to have them.
Dealing with any funeral home is always one's worst experience for me the folks at memorial funeral home were helpful caring and professional I would like to thank them for a very nice service. the actual owner of the funeral home even attended the services for my son and consoled my family again thank you all. Rest in peace my son (RED) we will always Love and miss you Mark Roberts and family
The folks at Memorial Funeral Chapel have taken wonderful care of our family over many years and several funerals, every time we have experienced the painful loss of a loved one. They are very kind and very easy to work with, even financially. While they may not have much of an online presence, they know their business well and they will take care of your needs in a compassionate and professional manner. I highly recommend them and encourage you to give them an opportunity to serve you!
Nobody really wants to have to do business with a funeral home, however, when my mom passed away rather unexpectedly we lived out of state. She was born and raised in Elizabethton and her mom (my grandmother) still lives there, so this is where she was to be interred at Happy Valley Cemetery. My grandmother (in her 90s) was able to make arrangements and seemed to have nothing bad to say about the process. From my experience, having my mom flown from out of state and met in Knoxville, then brought home to Elizabethton was very important and what could have been a very involved, time consuming process was all handled by the good folks at Memorial. During a time like that it was great to have someone take care of all of that with one phone call. The service was beautiful and I'm sure my mom would have appreciated the work that Memorial put in. Her family did.
Absolutely worst experience my family has ever encountered. We had to say goodbye to a loved one, as if that wasnt hard enough we had to deal with these cold hearted money hungry people who tossed around our flower arrangements like they were garbage before the service. Please be aware of this establishment as they clearly are not empathetic toward families during hard times by being disrespectful along with being caught in several lies.
The passing of a loved one is a difficult time. We are here to help you honor and celebrate their life, and to begin the healing process for your family.
Our goal is to provide our client families with memorable remembrance experiences. Celebrations of their loved one's life, and the time they shared. So who should speak of our success? That's easy; those we've served. Our words are expected, while theirs genuinely share their feelings about our services.
