It is hard to say you love a funeral parlor, but Kevin McInerny and his staff created the most respectful services for my family. From the start to finish, it was organized, thoughtful, it was kind, it was comforting. They incorporated all our wishes, and led us through a service befitting the patriarch of my family. This was the first eulogy which I was responsible for, since it was my father, it was even more difficult. Kevin McInerny sat front and center and when I was nervous I spoke to him, his calming presence allowed me to go on. Kevin McInerny was very professional and thoughtful during the whole funeral arrangement process for my mother. He answered our many calls promptly. We had 2 funeral masses. One was in Elmira and the other in Hornell, where my mother was buried. He and his staff were there right up to the end of the day making everything run so smoothing.
