When my father passed away, my mother and I had no clue about funeral arrangements. This place went out of their way to make everything as smoothly as possible. Every little detail is discussed and with very good attitude. If we had questions, they answered. If we had doubts, they cleared them. If there was a problem, they solved it. They took care of everything in a very timely manner from beginning to end. In short, they made a difficult moment in life a bit easier. Huge shout out to Mr. Ricardo Sosa, he always had a great attitude and was very helpful.

If I could, I would write a huge novel but I will try to sum it up. Ricardo Sosa helped my husband and I tremendously with our needs!!! When my MIL passed away of course we had no clue how to go about arranging her funeral but Ricardo was there each and every step, ALWAYS keeping me informed and handled everything for us. Just 2 weeks after my FIL passed himself and we were just at a loss being so quickly right after my MIL's funeral. Ricardo took control and handled EVERYTHING for us completely and STILL kept us informed and both funerals came out absolutely perfect and wonderful!!! We could NOT have done this without Ricardo's help at all!!! Many many thanks to Ricardo the entire staff @ Joe Jackson's and Mr. Jackson himself for also being there with us. If anyone finds themselves needing assistance in funeral arrangements, I HIGHLY recommend Ricardo Sosa and Joe Jackson North. Again, thank you Ricardo for ALL you did for my husband and I!!!

I lost my father Pedro O. in January. He was the most important person in my life, and I have been going through a very difficult time. Ms. Rosario A. and the staff at Joe Jackson were professional, courteous and respectful to my family. Ms. Rosario made this difficult experience that much easier by explaining to us our options and being patient with my situation. She even made sure my half-brother Rene, who hadn’t seen or visited my dad in over 20 years, was okay with the way my father was laid to rest. She also respected our privacy, since we had estranged family members calling, trying to influence my dad’s service.
