James Graham Mortuary

response to the comment from Williams who had a bad experience at James Graham Mortuary. The Grahams have always been a trashy family. James, Marion, Maurice, Jackie all are unethical nasty individuals. They are some of the most unprofessional individuals you could ever deal with. They have become rich rich by ripping off family's and using and mis-treating the workers. You said a older lady was rude. It most likely was a nasty women by the name of Peggy who Mr.Graham allows to come and run his funeral. This lady is extremely messy and spreads malicious gossip about everyone and keeps mess going in James Graham mortuary. James Graham is aware of her unprofessional behavior but has allowed it to fester for year's because she was a teacher in the Duval county school system. He also allows the big messy punk Nelson to run his funeral home who also keeps a lot of mess going also. These people hold them selves to to be godly people but are a bunch of trashy lowlife dirtbags. The Daughter Jackie is also a nasty with a abrasive attitude. She thinks she is god gift to the world because her daddy owns a funeral home. She actually Dum as Dora and not that bright of a individual.

If it wasn’t for the finger prints no one on earth could tell me that was my brother in that casket smh by far the worse work and rudest staff members. They rushed us thru the whole funeral and really tried to make us leave before they dropped the casket bc they had another funeral waiting. The man just kept saying “I told these people they gotta leave” I’m like sooo we can’t wait til the casket drop” smh the viewing was terrible the little old lady who tells u to sign in was beyond rude to all of our guests just barking out orders and acting like we were bothering them by being there. U would have thought the funeral was free the way they acted as if they were not getting paid. People get your money and do watever. I’m still having issues with closure because it just was so far off from looking like my brother…I was so convinced they picked up the wrong body. Make up was bad, not embalmed enough, didn’t look like they cleaned him up at all before putting him there

My GRANDmother looked absolutely amazing! !!!! Everything that we asked for was done with dignity and respect. All of the staff treated my family as if we were family. They held our hand from beginning to end. Special Thanks to Jackie Graham-Townes and the entire crew!!!! Nothing was lacking....I will recommend them to everyone I know.
