We can’t say enough good things about Horan & McConaty and their wonderful staff, particularly funeral Director Curt Van Ryswyk. We had a unique situation where the remains of my uncle were coming home to Colorado after him being missing in action in World War II for 80 years. We needed to have him picked up at the airport and then a service and full honors funeral at Fort Logan. Since this was such an unusual situation so much extra coordination and work was involved, but Curt went above and beyond to facilitate a seamless and beautiful service and funeral. He explained things clearly, compassionately reassured me that my father’s body would be treated respectfully (I needed that given the current news about disreputable funeral homes).
