Everyone I encountered at Fisk Funeral Home treated me with kindness and respect and explained the options for my husbands remains in understandable and courteous detail. Prior to his passing, I called and spoke with Bonnie. I had fortunately not been in a position previously to need to make final arrangements for a loved one and did not know what to do or what to expect. Bonnie took the time to walk me through the process and all of the options available to me. That discussion brought me comfort in knowing that upon my husbands death, I already knew what I wanted and what needed to be done. My husband passed in the very early morning hours and the very kind and compassionate representatives from Fisk came to retrieve him within an hour of our call. I sadly did not get their names so cannot specifically mention them by name in this review. I do however want to express my sincere appreciation to each of them for the dignified way in which they handled things and the compassion that they expressed to myself and our daughter. Finally, we met with Tom on the day of my husbands passing to complete the necessary paperwork and make final decisions for his final arrangements. Tom was very kind, professional, courteous and took the time to lead my daughter and I through the process. Fisk met each and every exception that was promised to me when I received the referral to them from Colena Henderson at Kindred Hospice. My experience was a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their time of need.

Fisk could not have been more helpful and accommodating, especially under the complicated circumstances of losing a family member who lived out of state, while out of the country. They went the extra mile to help me sort out so many details and followed through with everything which spanned over a months time. They did the right thing by our family, in spite of the services needing to be very “minimalist.” Everyone I dealt with, especially Anthony, was excellent.

Fisk Funeral Home and Crematory in Saint Cloud , Florida could not have been more helpful during our recent time of need concerning my Mother. Every question was answered and all paperwork completed in anticipation of our needs. Information for future needs, notices and discounts were all provided. When their services were necessary, all that was required was one phone call. This was very comforting in our immediate time of grief. We would highly recommend this establishment for your needs.

Very disappointed in our experience with Fisk. The only good service we got was from the 2 men who came to pick my father up after he passed. They gave me high hopes for this funeral home. Sadly everyone else has no compassion & in my case, I feel like they have all been liars. Their voice recording they play while you’re on hold tells you all their services (cremation) is done on site, so you don’t have to worry about your loved one. We are on day 21 and my dads ashes still aren’t back, and Amy has no answers for me. Last week she told me they should be in that week, she never called to touch base or try to even attempt to fix the situation, the director told us 7-14 days when he took our money. Amy thought by telling me because of COVID the crematory was “backed up” as that was suppose to be some type of conciliation. Honesty & transparency goes a long way in businesses and this “business” definitely doesn’t pride themselves in honesty.
