My family and I had a wonderful experience working with this funeral home for my mom's recent passing. They were so compassionate and professional from start to finish. I appreciate their patience with my large family as they even went out of their way to allow us to have our own personal viewing the evening before the funeral. They made everything happen so quickly, which was very much appreciated, given the suddenness of my mom's passing and consequent family schedules. They treated my mom so well, did their best with all of our requests, and made her look so beautiful. Thank you for your help and service to my family during this tender time!

From how the programs were printed to how my mothers body was cared for my entire family was extremely pleased with our experience with Eckersell Funeral Home. They exemplified professionalism and yet were incredibly approachable and inserted good humor where appropriate. We were exceptionaly pleased with their knowledge of the entire process -including how to contact a tiny local unlisted cemetery in the area, and never felt like we were a burden with our many questions.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I personally will never give them my service again . I will be using woods . They handled my grandma's death with so little care or compassion. You would think that a funeral home that's state certified should have their stuff together and don't even get me started on Brad. Nobody called to inform us that certain things where ready , we had to call to FIND where my grandma was (cremation). So do what you will but I wouldn't pick this place.

I'm not sure I have the words to describe how POSITIVE my families experience was in how we were treated by the Eckersell Family. Lane, Terry, Glen and Chad treated us as if we were part of their family. The tenderness, the kindness and LOVE we felt as they took care of our Mother was so far beyond what I personally could have hoped for. Thank you, THANK YOU Lane and family!
