The staff members Brian and Van are the friendliest folks you could ever meet. They both go above and beyond in their kindness. Brian is willing to do whatever is needed to make the experience easier on the family. Van is extremely nice and keeps you informed of everything going on in her own courteous way. They are both just wonderful people who ease your pain with their caring smiles.

Dodd Payne was a great decision when it came to caring for my dad after his passing. When they came to pick him up I had just started burning an incense, those who use them know they can burn for a good while. Adam had no problem waiting outside until it finished burning & that was huge for me because most people look as cleansing with smoke & what not as something silly. He was very careful & respectful with my dad & our family. Very thankful to have them in our area. Highly recommend!

My sister had Covid and couldn’t come to the funeral home to help me. He allowed her to attend by Facebook video chat. She didn’t have to feel left out.
