Just got my mom’s necklace with fingerprints after a year being told multiple times it was mailed. Then, randomly getting calls to ask where do we want it mailed to. Plus the message on the back isn’t even what we asked for, our loved one’s name wasn’t even correct. I believe the owners are too much of an older generation to keep up. The front desk lady was nice and tried her best to help with what she could. One phone call I could hear the computer talking what was being typed. It was an unnecessary, nearly hour long, phone call because he couldn’t type any faster. After a loved one passes away you want to be in and out not waiting for one sentence to be typed out. We had issues with the video that was included. I was the contact for arrangements and it seemed as though all my other family members were being called but me. Making changes without my approval. There’s a list of things that went wrong for the funeral we needed to mourn our mother this process did not help.
