I am very disappointed. When my mother passed in 2019 Mike Defonzo handled all the arrangements. I asked him to order me a thumb print necklace that held some of the remains and he came through with flying colors. He is the reason I gave two stars instead of one. My father passed in March of 2021 and the arrangements were handled by Valerie Morton. I explained I wanted a matching necklace for my father. She assured me this would be no problem and that she'd look back in their records and get me the same thing, don't worry. Here it is May 14th 2021 and I'm now finding out Valerie didn't order anything. After confirming it 4 times she didn't even bother. My father is now interned and it's not possible to get his remains to put in the necklace. You only get one shot at something like this and we trust these people to get it right so we can grieve. You dropped the ball on this and there's no way to make it right. Thanks. I would suggest either dealing with Mike or taking your business somewhere else.

My husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly last Thursday. Valerie at Carmona Bolen was extremely helpful and kind. This is so difficult and they make everything so much easier. Also, I cant get over how reasonably priced. At a time like this it is so easy to be taken advantage of. This was far from the case with them. Their consideration and kindness was above and beyond.
