One of the most challenging aspects was arranging the transportation of his body to Mexico, where he wished to be laid to rest. At a difficult time in our lives, we were walked through all the details of planning our moms celebration of life service with so much personal attention and professional yet warm guidance. It was also such a huge blessing that our mom chose to pre-plan and pay for many of the costs associated with the funeral. It brought so much comfort to us to know we were carrying out our moms wishes and we didn’t have to wonder or argue over what she would have wanted. I always dreaded attending her viewing but this place uses their chapel for the viewing which gave us lots of room to greet friends and family members and we truly found so much peace and joy that was unexpected. Thank you again for making a difficult time much easier for our family.

We can't think Chad, Keith and Nicole enough for how well they worked with our family after our mother passed away. Our mom had preplanned which made everything easier but it was with a different funeral home. Chad was able to get everything switched to Lagrone-Blackburn-Shaw and, even though our mother bought her plan several years ago, it was less expensive with LBS. Nicole worked diligently to get a video put together and edited even though it was last minute on our part, and all the staff did an amazing job helping us honor our mom. We can't thank them enough!
