Billows was compassionate and professional. I particularly appreciated the handling of Dad's military internment with the flag, the Army folding and presenting it to me, taps?, and the honor guard. I had nothing to worry about that solemn day. Everything was taken care of.

The staff at Billow's made my family feel like part of the Billow family. They were caring, understanding, accommodating and did not rush us or intrude during our services. Nathaniel even read a family poem, grave side that helped bring closure to a very sad day. After the services concluded, Nathaniel personally delivered the guest book along with thank you cards and complimentary book marks with the obituary printed on them. The icing on the cake was the book of photos and cards from all the flower arrangements which not only made thank you notes easier to write but also serves as a memory of those that loved my mother. Overall, Billow funeral home did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

Various members of my family on both parents’ sides have used Billows over the years (both the Cuyahoga Falls Chapel and Fairlawn). I saw a different side this time as everything was private according to Mom’s wishes. I so appreciated the professionalism and compassion of Mike P. and the rest of the staff at the Falls Chapel.
