Utterly disappointed with Kenny. I called here to get a quote and perhaps a brief walk through for how everything is done. Instead it was made very clear that my questions were inconvenient, and he was ready to be off the phone. What a sheer lack of kindness and compassion. Imagine making someone's daughter feel like a burden for trying to bury their mother. I'll never recommend this facility for any service.

Our son passed away suddenly. Aulds Staff was amazing they handled my son delicately and respectfully. They answered all of our questions. They also prepared and had him delivered to us once we returned home. I cannot express enough how they all comforted us .
