This included follow-up contact simply to inquire how we were handling our loss. Our requests for final arrangements were also more cost-effective than most. I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for the care provided to my husband and myself after his death this past spring. I did not know where to begin or what to do following my husband’s death, a Godsend -All County Funeral Home, I began there. I contacted them, and they were prompt to respond to me with compassion &empathy. This has been one of the most challenging events in my life, and they really just helped pull it together for me so I could grieve. The process was seamless. I spoke with Daniel, who is amazing, everything that I was inquiring per my husband’s wishes. They were well versed in military funerals. Daniel did all the work and when something was required of me, he was prompt to let me know, he explained it thoroughly and gracefully. From start to finish, each person I encountered at the funeral home, the funeral site, and on the phone was courteous, kind, and compassionate. Even after I thought the services were complete at the funeral home, they continued to reach out to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone who has not already preplanned their funeral. The customer service here is terrible. They don't check the emails of loved ones in time, delaying the cremation process. I understand that the department where the death certificate came from was hacked and that delays it from arriving on time, but by not checking the emails and all the information sent by the deceased loved one, it results in a slowness in moving forward in this time of mourning. I would tell them that they don't respect the grief of loved ones, and they are not precise in their responses when they call.
